Jeff Avant


Andrew Jeffry (“Jeff”) Avant maintains a statewide litigation practice, with his principal office in Austin, Texas. He has served as Of Counsel for the Roth Law Firm since 1999. Jeff's practice has involved litigation of condemnation and valuation disputes involving nearly every type of real property, civil rights, commercial and construction disputes, and cases involving serious injury or death. His practice involved both suing and defending governmental entities. He formerly served as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas and Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia.
